Timberwood Tap House is hiring servers and hosts! No experience necessary! If you like talking to people, like having fun, like to smile and like being part of a team, we can teach you the rest. We offer a flexible schedule, a great work environment, and the excitement of being a part of one of the fastest growing restaurants in Charlottesville. Our goal is to make everyone who walks through our door's day better not just the guests, but everyone who works for us (that's you, soon!) as well. Why would you want to work anywhere else?
Hosts - Your job is to be the best first impression in town. Everyone who walks through our doors sees you first, and we want you to start their visit off on a positive note. After that, you'll be seating the guests, helping servers bus tables, and keeping your host stand and the restaurant in general clean and presentable. Hosts should be 16 or older.
Servers - Your job is to give your tables a remarkable experience, the kind that they'll want to tell their friends about. It's not easy! But if you pay attention to your guests, and the details of their visit, you'll be well rewarded. Servers have to be over 18, as we serve alcohol.
Full and part time positions are available. We're very flexible in our scheduling and are happy to work around school or other schedules.
