Old Trail Village is looking for a seasonal pool manager to manage our state-of-the-art outdoor swim club.
Our pool manager will oversee the swim club attendants, gate access, snack bar operations and will be tasked with the following:
-Will work with our partner management company to supervise the fulfillment of the Lifeguard
and Pool Service Agreement.
-Handles administrative tasks associated with membership paperwork and processing, inventory
counts and weekly reporting.
-Ensures that pool and related facilities are cleaned on a regular basis.
-Handles complaints in a diplomatic and professional manner.
-This position may be required to work weekends, nights, holidays, stand-by/on-call
and/or weather-emergency on-call.
-Performs other duties as required.
The ideal candidate will understand the ins and outs of providing great customer service, and possess a positive, upbeat, can-do-attitude.
This position is from early May to late September
Position Requirements:
- Ability to work with computers and Microsoft Office applications required. Social Media experience a plus
-Previous experience working in a pool operation preferred.
