POSITION OVERVIEW
The Flat Crêperie is a state-of-the-art takeaway crêpe restaurant with an emphasis on farm-to-table cuisine, set in the heart of Downtown Charlottesville. We are seeking experienced line and prep cooks to join our talented culinary team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Role includes daytime prep for daily kitchen operation and special private events.
Candidate should be able to work under pressure in a high-intensity atmosphere and must work well with others.
Must be passionate about creating great food, self-motivated, and demonstrate a willingness to learn.
Must be available to work nights and/or weekends.
