Zynodoa is looking for the right individual to join our team. We are looking for an experienced Server to join our Team. To excel in this position, you need a high level of customer service skills and a willingness to meet Guestsâ needs quickly and politely.
Server responsibilities and duties:
Take and process Guestsâ orders in a timely fashion
Memorize menu for on-demand recitation
Up-sell desserts and drinks as appropriate for individual Guests and parties
Manage large groups quickly and efficiently through attentive service and precise order taking
Maintain a flawless dining atmosphere and handle Guest complaints/requests quickly
Server qualifications and skills
2+ years waitstaff experience
Excellent service and hospitality skills
Wine Knowledge
At least one positive reference from previous employer (hospitality industry preferable)
Comfort with order entry software a plus
Neat, well-groomed appearance with no visible tattoos
Ability to work well under intense time pressure
Excellent emotional control in fast-paced environments
Dedication to on-time arrival for shifts
