The BridgeLine is accepting applications for a 30 hour/week Case Manager position. This position provides case management services to adults with brain injury. The incumbent will provide assessment of service needs, coordination of services among providers, development of service plans, as well as monitoring of needs and advocacy, consultation and education for consumers, families, and the community. Valid VA drivers license and good DMV driving record required. Masters degree preferred. Must become CBIS certified within 1 year.
