HR / Staffing Coordinator

Growing Medicaid/PC Home Health Care Agency in Charlottesville, VA is looking for a Staffing / HR
Coordinator.
The right candidate will be organized, self motivated, multi tasked and able to work in a fast moving environment. Previous experience in staffing and/or human resources is preferred but not a must. This is a part-time position and hours may vary. On call rotation may be included. Health benefits and PTO offered as well.
Specific Job Requirements:
-Must have proficient computer skills, including Excel and/or other staff scheduling programs
-Must be organized, self motivated, multi tasked and able to work in a fast moving, high stress environment
-Must have advanced knowledge in field of practice
-Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action
-Must have the ability to implement and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures of the department
-Must perform proficiently in all competency areas including but not limited to: general scheduling responsibilities, patient rights, safety and sanitation, human resources, HIPAA
-Maintains professional working relationships with all associates, clients, and caregivers.
-Maintains confidentiality of all proprietary and/or confidential information
-Must understand and follow company policies including harassment and compliance procedures
-Displays integrity and professionalism
-Must be able to prepare and maintain records of all shift schedules and communicate clearly to staff
-Must be able to understand State requirements
-Must exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients
-Must demonstrate dependable, regular attendance
-Must be able to concentrate and use reasoning skills and good judgment
-Must be able to communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team
