We have an immediate opening for a full-time Property Maintenance Technician. This is a full-time position, and involves support for the owners residential and commercial properties in Orange County.
The right candidate will be results-oriented and able to work independently, with minimum direct supervision. This is a hands-on position.
Requirements include at least five years experience with:
Routine Preventive Maintenance
General Electrical and Plumbing Work
HVAC
Carpentry
Appliance Installation
Flooring Installation (No Carpeting)
Drywall Work and Painting
Must be a legal U.S. citizen who speaks fluent English. Job requirements also include possession of a valid driver's license, and impeccable references. Background check and drug test required. Prefer non-smokers.
