Charlottesville jewelry and design team looking for a full time production lead. This position should be one that is in the office from 9-3 (at least) and can take work home if they desire to complete in the afternoon and evenings. We are willing to work with the schedule for the right person and want to make it a good fit for everyone.

Typical responsibilities for the Production Lead include:
- Partner with owner, wholesale and retail leads to understand product demand
- Manage product inventory and fulfillment schedules
- Prepare products for delivery (wholesale and retail) - repetitive packaging and making of product
- Help manage additional production demands and team members
Required skills of Production Lead:
Able to work quickly with small/fine jewelry tools. You will be making very small and fine jewelry products. Ability to joyfully do very repetitive work is a huge plus (music and podcast listening is very much supported :))
