WTJU 91.1 FM is looking to grow its Business Sponsorship sales department with a new, full-time position. This is a full lifecycle sales position, from cold calls to developing proposals to closing the deal, writing copy, and servicing accounts. The position requires excellent communication skills, lots of initiative, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a hybrid format (on-site and remote).
The compensation package for this position will include a base salary plus a monthly performance-based bonus, as well as generous University of Virginia benefits.
