Our busy showroom & professional office is looking for a motivated individual to assist with a variety of duties:
To be considered for this position you must be:
1. Extremely organized, be able to multi-task and pay attention to details.
2. Have great communication skills
3. Be a team player.
4. Have a positive attitude.
5. Be prompt.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
1. Answering the phone.
2. Greeting customers.
3. Assisting management with organizing email and special projects.
4. Running outside errands.
5. Light bookkeeping.
Requirements:
1. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks.
2. Ability to work independently and have a "can do" attitude.
3. Have great references.

Hours: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday
