Appraisal Group, Inc. a Central Virginia full-service appraisal firm managed by an MAI with 15 years of experience, is seeking a Certified General Appraiser to join our diverse practice. We serve the Commonwealth of Virginia including banks, government agencies, attorneys, and private companies from offices in Richmond and Charlottesville. This is a full-time position with excellent growth potential within our offices. Compensation is structured on a competitive split fee basis with health and dental insurance.

Minimum requirements for the position include:
Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
Certified General License
Ability to quickly learn new software systems
Excellent report writing skills
$100k in commercial appraisal billing last year preferred
Ability to work independently
