Personal Assistant/Transaction Coordinator (Charlottesville)

Looking to fill a support role that focuses on client happiness!

Days will be comprised of greeting model-home visitors, assisting in the day-to-day operations of a full-time broker with a focus on creating and maintaining an extraordinary and thoughtful experience for our clients.

This opportunity will allow the candidate to learn the ropes of real estate and new construction inside and out.

This position is exclusively weekend work so please keep that in mind when applying. 5-6 hours on Saturdays and Sundays at least 2-3 weekends per month.

You must:

- Be available at least TWO (preferably THREE) weekends per month (12pm-5pm each weekend day)

- Understand that supporting our clients is our number one priority.

- Be meticulous in following instructions, particularly when processing documents and contracts for our clients.

- Care deeply about the details, checklists, and meeting deadlines.

- Maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude.

- Be willing to learn and have fun.

- Have the ability to prioritize and multi-task.

- Stay on task and meet targets and goals.

- Be prepared for a fast-paced environment.

- Understand that every day is unique in real estate and most tasks are time-sensitive.

- Maintain a current list of all prospects, clients, and customers.

- Have access to a laptop, telephone, and the Internet.

The Role

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Communicating with clients, primarily over email

- Maintaining listings in the MLS

- Scheduling appointments

- Processing listing and purchasing transactions and paperwork

- Coordinating marketing materials

Required Proficiencies:

- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

- Customer service-oriented personality

- Highly organized and an eye for detail

- Tech-savvy and willing to learn new software

- Positive attitude

- Proficient in Excel and Word

Bonus

- Experience in residential real estate and/or new construction

- Proficient in MLS
