Charlottesville, VA
REQUIREMENTS:
Valid driver's license and proof of insurance with a minimum of 2 years driving experience with a good driving record
Reliable transportation: Truck; Van; or SUV
Must have own tools (hand & power)
Must be available to work weekends
Able to lift up to 80 pounds
Able to carry a 28 foot ladder from truck to pole
Able to work in tight spaces such as a crawl space or attic
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work outdoors in the elements
Utilize proper safety equipment at all times
Must be able to pass a criminal background check
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Cable TV & Internet: installs, disconnects, reconnects, adds, changes, and troubleshooting
Installation of telephone and/or alarm equipment in accordance with guidelines
Identify and remedy sources of customer-perceived problems
Hand digging trenches for buried drops
Complete paperwork accurately; reports and records work order status updates
Ensure that service operates within prescribed parameters
SALARY:
Weekly Pay (1099)
Piece rate
Two weeks training $600 per week
