Outside Sales Rep needed for a construction product that sells itself! Our Superior Walls Foundation is the way to offer Virginia builders and homeowners a high quality, green and sustainable way to build the most important part of a home....the foundation . As a Superior Walls Sales representative, you have access to a database and a continuous supply of potential customers. It only takes the right person and initiative to be a success! Our product is a proven system that builders use over and over again - once they're sold! The key to success is to show potential customers the features and benefits of using our foundation wall system...once a builder is sold, they become a regular, repeat customer.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITITES (within your territory):
To use your best efforts to sell/service existing customer base and develop a pool of new customers
Reach and exceed mutually agreed upon individual sales goals and market share increase goals
Maintain and update the Database system with quotes, activities, and customer information for company growth
Following up promptly on sales leads
Represent SWCV in the most professional manner possible
Work cooperatively with customers, installers, office personnel, and managers
Maintain a positive attitude and promote a team atmosphere
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
ï Proven work experience as a sales representative- construction background helpful but not required
ï Highly motivated and target driven with proven track record in sales
ï Excellent selling & negotiation skills
ï Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills a must
ï Ability to create & deliver presentations tailored to the audience as needed
ï Ability to read, write and understand English
ï Strong interpersonal & communication skills
ï Must maintain a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.
ï Ability to travel to current and potential clients.
ï Must hold a valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record

Base salary plus commission based on experience
