Relax & Rejuvenate Hotel Spa Solutions seeks a Spa Reservations concierge to work in our Call Center Operations in Charlottesville
Relax & Rejuvenate operates 4 hotel spas 1 in Chicago, 1 in Seattle and 2 in NYC and more coming soon in addition to providing in-room spa treatments for guests at over 60 partner hotels in 24 cities nationwide.
Our busy call center handles hundreds of calls and email traffic each day.
Ideal candidate will possess
Prior experience in the Spa or Hospitality or Event Planning Industries
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Top-of-the-line phone presence
Familiarity with MS Office programs a must background with scheduling software a plus
Outstanding customer service orientation
Responsibilities include
Interacting with guests and staff via phone and email to schedule spa treatments
Scheduling and Assigning appointment to spa staff
Confirming spa appointment via email and phone
Resolving client issues/disputes
EVENING AND WEEKEND HOURS REQUIRED our call center is open 8:30am - 11:30pm, 7 days a week. Our shifts are 8:30am - 4:30pm, 11am - 7pm, and 3:30pm - 11:30pm
