To install heating and air conditioning systems to company standards providing the customer with a high quality experience. Supervise the work of other installers maintaining high quality and timely job performance.
Candidate must have a valid driver's license
Must be proficient in installing round and rectangular duct
Able to measure duct-work and install all equipment accessories
Must have an understanding of more complex sheet metal fittings
Can complete production homes unsupervised and on budget
Supervise and be responsible for Level 1 and 2 installers
Effectively communicate with customers, dispatchers, and subcontractors
Run and work a job from start to finish
Complete simple low voltage connections on furnaces, air handlers, and air conditioners
Must have the ability to complete all necessary paperwork and follow through on change orders
Able to braze, run, and test line sets
Able to run complete line voltage circuits
Electrical knowledge (load center requirements, wire gauge requirements), advanced low voltage wiring ( heat pumps, two stage a/c, zoning, thermostat programming and setup)
PVC venting
Equipment removal
Charge condensers and heat pumps
Light commercial change outs
Install hot water heaters
Install mini-splits systems
2 years and up of experience
