Gropen, Inc., a full-service, custom fabrication company specializing in architectural signage and graphics, is looking for an Installer to join our team.
For over 35 years we have developed a reputation for quality products and superior results. Our clients include a mix of state universities and colleges, local and national businesses, foundations and architects. Gropen will provide resources for in-house and outside training to develop the unique set of skills required for this position.
Responsibilities:
-Responsible for installation of variety of interior and exterior signs, graphics, and displays
-Installation of cut vinyl graphics, room signs, dimensional lettering, and large wall graphics
-Installation of exterior post and panel signs
-Interaction with clients on site, with courtesy and professionalism
-Maintain clean vehicles and work environments
-Effective time management, and ability to work overtime when needed to meet project deadlines
Qualifications/ Requirements:
-Proficiency with hand tools
-Ability to read construction drawings
-Electrical skills preferred but not required
-Experience with wall coverings/ wallpapering a plus
-Manual and physical dexterity; physical demands can include heavy lifting (50 lbs.+)
-Frequent travel, including overnight trips
-Valid driver’s license / copy of driving record required
