Residential and Commercial property management company in search of a dynamic candidate for a maintenance technician with ambition to grow into the supervisor's role.
We are searching for a strong leader with management skills to serve as a back up for the current Maintenance Supervisor, and a maintenance tech to lead by example in making repairs, conducting preventative maintenance, leading the landscape crews, and participating with tasks as needed.
Required:
Strong Customer Service skills, including but not limited to professional tenant interaction and professional written communication skills
Excellent organization and time management skills
High level of knowledge in basic plumbing, electric, HVAC maintenance, appliance repair, dry walling, and landscaping
Prefer HVAC certification, but not required
Basic computer and internet knowledge
On call rotation required
Willing to work overtime and weekends as needed
Supervisory experience in maintenance field
Must pass a background check and drug test
must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Full-time position. Competitive wages commensurate with experience. Medical benefits are available with this position.
