Customer Service Representative

Times Fiber Communication Inc, one of the worlds leading producers of cable products for video, high-speed data transmission and system powering, in Chatham, VA is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative. This individual, working in a team environment, will Prepare Quotes and Enter Customer Orders, Handle Customer Accounts, Investigate Claims & Respond to Outside Sales Staff.

To help you meet the challenging and diverse nature of this position, you will have:

Prior CS experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting. (2-3 years experience preferred)

Planning and scheduling experience. (2-3 years experience preferred)

Good time management skills & attention to detail.

Knowledge of debits and credits.

Ability to handle large volume workload. (Call center environment)

Experience in developing customer business relationships.

Bachelors or Associates degree preferred. Will accept comparable work experience.

Word, Excel and Systems knowledge required.

Work hours are M “ F 8 a.m. “ 5 p.m.
