Support ongoing operations and administrative tasks within various departments as the Junior Administrative Assistant and play a critical role within the organization.Key responsibilities

Prooing and revising documents

Filing, faxing, word processing, data entry, and scanning

Handling telephone calls and managing a multi-line phone system

Dispatching orders for supplies and services, and tracking progress and results

Forming spreadsheets, revising presentations, and managing special projects

Provide aid on diverse projects for other employees where necessary

Establishing schedules and activities

Acknowledging and assisting visitors

Providing support with calendars, including the coordination of conferences and meetings

Requirements

Proficiency in Mailing List

Comprehensive knowledge of Administrative Assistance

Expertise in Receptionist Duties

Strong computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems

Ability to enter data into various electronic systems while maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the data

Detailed and have the ability work independently

Skills in internet research

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

1+ years of administrative support experience
