Compensation: Base 12.50/h + $2.50/h with certain skills (i.e. 50 dollars for 4-hours worked for each person)
WashingtonEngineering looks to hire 6 to 7 individuals (min. 4 hours) to assist with the following tasks:
1) Moving furniture on main floor outside home.
2) Smashing with 8bls or 10lbs sledge hammer furniture slated for trash on-site and placing in construction
demolition bin on-site.
3) Moving items from shed on property uphill to construction demolition bin (some items up to 40lbs).
4) Cleaning walls, floor, and windows on main floor once all furniture is removed from main floor.
5) Removing carpet from living room and hallway on main floor.
6) Sanding with electric sander tools all hardwood floors on main floor. 3 bedrooms, living room, hallway.
(This also entalls cleaning floor of saw dust)
7) Placing furniture back in house once all cleaning and floor sanding are complete.
Work shall start Saturday 13 July 2019 at 10:00am and conclude no later than 8:00pm (EDT).
Looking for individuals who are easily capable of lifting between 40lbs and 80lbs up/down stairs.
Individual must be a U.S. Citizen at least 18 years old with a valid drivers license. Checked prior to work.
Payment shall be in cash once work is complete.

Please bring you own work gloves and water. 1 hour break without pay but Lunch/Dinner shall be provided
on-site.
Extra $2.50/h pay for those individual(s) with recent direct experience with hardwood sanding equipment and
carpet removal.
