Real Estate investor looking for a roofer to re-roof and repair roofs of his residential and small commercial properties.
This gig is for labor only. Owner provides all materials.
You must be familiar with estimating materials and experienced in the installation.
Most properties are shingle and replacement materials are supplied via Lowe's to the site.
Occasionally, the roof will be a standing seam.
Most of the work will be re-roofing.
You must be able to transport the residue from the site. Owner pays dump fees only with receipt.
