As a Platform Support Intern, you will be embedded with ateam that provides 24/7 operations monitoring and support for ATPCO's Public and Private cloud products. You will be part of the Technology Platforms Services teamthat manages the foundational platforms that our product teams consume to build, deploy and host scalable and reliable products. You will monitor and respond to alerts and events from various tools, jobs, applications and platforms. You will work with internal and external service providers to resolve issues and maintain operations.
