Responsibilities:

Developing Subject Matter Expertise on IVR Applications Under Test

Helping to define/refine the IVR automation framework for core Genesys application platforms and integrations

Designing, developing, documenting, and executing automated IVR test cases with Empirix CallMaster that would traditional be manual in nature for new projects, change controls, and regression testing.

Analyzing failures, setting up and maintaining test data, and providing support for junior testers.

Conducting analysis of functional requirements and technical designs to automate IVR functional test cases early during the development cycle.

Support analyzing production defects to identify root cause.

Other duties as assigned.

Basic Requirements:

4+ years of experience developing with Empirix Hammer Call Master call flow automation tools

4+ years of experience in Development w/ 4+ years of experience in Test Case Automation

Minimum Qualifications:

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

4+ years of experience developing and/or testing Contact Center Technologies (IVR, Computer Telephony Integration platforms (e. g., Genesys, Cisco, Verint Call Recording, etc.))

3+ years of experience with SQL queries, Web Services, SOAP, WSDL with strong understanding of Oracle, DB2, and/or SQL Server databases

2+ years of experience using HP ALM/Quality Center for requirements / test case / defect tracking; including experience integrating automation with HP ALM/Quality Center.

Ability to handle projects independently and successfully in challenging and cross platform environment.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
