RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Cloud Systems Administrator in Fairfax, VA.
Summary:
The Cloud Systems Administrator will be instrumenting and monitoring systems to support a product that meets the mission needs of the USCG and delivers its intelligence capabilities to the people who need it most. The Cloud Systems Administrator will also be working with cutting edge technologies in an agile and dynamic environment to provide critical services.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical discipline (or equivalent) related field
Minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience
Extensive cloud systems administrator experience
Experienced Systems Administrator with experience deploying/maintaining computer systems running Windows Server 2012-2016, and Red hat Enterprise Linux 6-7 operating systems
Experience with Virtualization Hypervisor's On-Prem and in a Cloud environment/preferably AWS
Experience should include not only deploying the systems, but demonstrated, in-depth understanding of TCP/IP principles, subnetting, routing and switching in the cloud environment
