RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Help Desk Specialist in Fairfax, VA.
Key Tasks:
Tier I and Tier II support
Help Desk Specialist will work with all of the stakeholders in this program to provide and support a product that meets the mission needs
Provide prompt and professional problem solving to USCG system users and stakeholders
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree or higher
Must have Security+ certification or obtain within 3 months of hire
Minimum of five (5) years of experience
Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
