A rapidly growing health-tech company is looking for a Production Support Software Engineer who enjoys technology and has a passion for delivery using Agile Software development methodologies. Our client is looking for a team-oriented professional who has the confidence and desire to work with product development teams.
This role is a hybrid Software Engineer/Support role with strong support experience in production.
Your Responsibilities
Engage with business users, application owners, vendors, and other affected parties during incident resolution.
Experience on Java J2EE technology stack including but not limited to Spring, Hibernate, and Spring MVC
Building scripts (SQL, Shell) to resolve incidents in automated fashion
Support one or more highly complex applications
Perform root cause analysis for incidents.
Perform analysis to resolve application data issues.

3+ year's experience with Java & Spring OR Spring REST
