Job Title: Budget & Finance Support Location: Falls Church, VA Job Type : Full-Time with Sparksoft
Job Summary: The Budget & Finance Analyst shall have in-depth expertise, working knowledge and experience with the Office of Management Budget (OMB), DoD, DoD CIO, DHA, and IM/IT capital planning, programming and budget formulation processes. The Contractor shall provide support under Budget Formulation Section within Budget Presentation & Justification and POM Teams.
Education/ Experience Level:
Should possess 10 or more years of government PPBE experience and working knowledge with the government investment management systems, such as Select & Native Programming Data Input System for Information Technology (SNaP -IT), DoD IT Investment Portal (DITIP), and DoD Information Technology Portfolio Repository (DITPR). Budget & Finance Analyst.
Minimum of 8 years of government and professional experience, with at least 2 years DoD DHA experience
Bachelor’s Degree.
