Responsibilities

The Information Operations Program Manager will be responsible for the management, direction, administration, quality assurance and leadership of contractor work performed for Army information operations elements. As the leader of the contract, the candidate will be accountable for integration and coordination of activities needed to ensure timeliness, completeness and quality of solutions are achieved. The program manager will also be responsible for identifying problems, developing corrective action plans, and resolving performance issues. The candidate will be the lead for all technical and financial, leading task order requirements as well as managing all processes and systems to ensure performance objectives are achieved in accordance with customer guidance.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
  • Clearance: Top Secret/SCI with ability to obtain a CI poly
  • Master's Degree in Business Management or Technical Field
  • Combined 10 years' experience in roles providing deep understanding of Information Operations
  • Active Certification in

    two of the following:
    • Project Management Professional (PMP)
    • Program Manager Professional (PgMP) Certification
    • Federal Acquisition Certification for Program and Project Managers (FAC P/PM) Level III
    • Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level III Program Management Certificate

    Desired Qualifications:
  • Five or more years' experience working information operations
  • Experience or deployment as an IO Planner, Field Support Team or Cyber Support Detachment team member
  • Demonstrated experience leading large, diverse teams
  • Excellent communications skills both verbaland written
  • Superb organizational skills
