The Lake of the Woods Assoc., Inc., a large HOA located in Locust Grove, VA, is seeking a qualified Accounting Manager to supervise the Finance staff regarding day to day transactions and to oversee the month end closing process. The successful candidate will assist in audits, account reconciliations, and prepare monthly financial statements. Must possess Bachelor's Degree preferable in accounting with 3 - 5 years in a financial environment including supervision of accounting professionals/clerks and possess significant experience in financial statement preparation. Proficiency with Accounting Software such as Jonas or other membership management software preferred. Skills to include proficiency in Microsoft Suite especially Excel and effective communication skills. Required: valid VA driver's license and able to pass background check. Salary commensurate with background. EOE.
