In need of a full time superintendent for commercial TI

Nationwide Commercial Contractor - has immediate openings for: a Working Superintendent.
General Responsibilities: Working with the Project Manger to manage the utilization of equipment and personnel on construction projects, to maximize job profitability and meet performance objectives, as well as implement strategies, measure progress, identify and solve problems. Maintaining safe and productive completion of projects.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
2 years of field management experience in construction.
Able to maintain a safe and professional work environment.
Proficient time management skills.
Proficient in reading plans
Ability to effectively represent the company and communicate with others at varying technical levels with strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently.
Good documentation skills.
Creative and intuitive.
Previous experience with Procore is very helpful but not required
Must be computer literate
Applicants MUST have valid drivers license and clean driving record.
Project Location is in Manassas, VA.
