Quality Inn/Fredericksburg near Central Park is currently accepting applications for part-time (possible full-time) Guest Service Agent position(s). The position has the potential for regular part-time or full-time employment. This position requires flexibility for scheduled shifts (7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am).
Duties include general front desk responsibilities, checking guests in and out of property management system, taking reservations in person or by phone, assisting guests, and reconciling the figures for the day. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented and very dependable. This person must be punctual, personable, and exhibit great customer service.
Prior Hotel Front Desk or Night Audit experience in a hotel is preferred but not requirement. Experience with the Choice Property Management Service is a preference but not a requirement.
