Residence Inn by Marriott - Now seeking experienced F&B Associate.
Individual must have prior F&B experience. Open availability is required, which includes weekdays, weekends, holidays, morning and evening shifts.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Set up and break down breakfast buffet and evening Mix. Prepare food according to brand standard menus
Ensures food and buffet items are stocked and available to guests during breakfast hours according to company standards
Prepare all food and set up evening Mix (Mon-Wed) and host this event. Serving alcohol is required, must be 21 years and older
Greets guests and accommodates special requests as needed, maintaining high guest service satisfaction scores
Ensures countertops, tables and machines are cleaned at all times
Perform weekly inventory and food ordering. Receive all weekly food deliveries
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining area and perform weekly deep cleaning
Keep daily food and cleaning logs as required
Must be able to work independently and at a fast pace
