What does our EMPLOYMENT PARTNERSHIP look like?
$11.00 Companion Care
$12.00 - $12.50 Personal Care - Credentials required.
Personal Care Training is available.
Flexible schedules / encouraging work-life balance
Yearly bonus up to $750 (year one), unlimited (year 2+)
Paid training in-house and on the job shadow shifts
Paid continuing education minimum of 12 hours per year
24/7 Direct Supervisor and Care Team Support while on service with clients
Mileage reimbursement while on service .58 cents per mile
Do you possess the following skills?
Communication & Interpersonal Skills: compassion and understanding, coaching and encouraging clients, client advocacyidentifying needs and application of relevant resources, relational development and healthy caregiving boundaries. Personal Management Skills: critical thinking and problem solving, time management, care coordination, meal planning, shopping and cooking, light housekeeping, experience organizing, arranging appointments, record keeping and documentation, transporting clients, and physical stamina.
Qualifications: Care Partners (Caregivers) are thoroughly screened and must meet all of our guidelines for employment. We perform a comprehensive state and federal background investigation, professional and personal reference checks, drug screen and DMV record check (must have a clean driving record and background check).
All Care Partners (Caregivers) are required to complete our orientation and training before directly serving clients. A valid driver's license, personal vehicle with current registration and insurance is required. (No exceptions).
