Furniture Delivery Driver of 26' Box Truck
Warehouse location: 1 HARKNESS BLVD, STE 400, FREDERICKSBURG, VA 22401
Salary: $750-$1,200 per week
Full Time Only, Paid Bi-Weekly
Monday-Saturday, Hours Vary depending on Deliveries but expect to work around 12 hours per day starting at 6AM.
Expect to stay overnight in hotel at least 2 nights per week
We have 2 positions available: Truck Driver or Helper
- Truck Driver - ($200/day), driving the entire state of Virginia/WashingtonDC/Maryland. Hotel and gas is paid by the company.
- Helper - $150/day helping the driver load/unload/deliver/assemble furniture

Number of deliveries/pickups - 8 to 15 per day
This person would need to be self motivating, clean, organized and have strong time management skills.
Job Summary
- Safely and efficiently drive 26' box truck
- deliver, assemble and install residential furniture within the agreed upon time frame.
- Inspect furniture to ensure acceptable condition for delivery
- Accurately and safely load/unload truck, checking items for damage.
- Wipe down and touch-up furniture to ensure successful delivery.
- Deliver, move and/or install furniture in a safe manner and within agreed upon time frame.
- Follow and maintain delivery route within agreed customer delivery windows.
- Report all pick-up and delivery issues to dispatch
- Provide world class customer service.
- Keep the truck organized, clean and equipped.
- Listens to and resolves service complaints.

Job Qualifications
⢠Experience: 2+ years related job experience and training
⢠Licensing: Valid driver's license and safe driving record
⢠Background: Clean criminal background & Drug Test
⢠Communication: English required, bi-lingual a plus
⢠Abilities: Ability to lift 100 pounds
