UMFS is seeking PRN clinical in-home support in the Fredericksburg region.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Masterâs or Bachelorâs degree in social work or a related human service discipline and six months experience with family or children services, or combination of education and experience. MSW or
related preferred, BSW or related required.
Demonstrated knowledge, skills and experience in the following: child and adult mental health; family functioning and development; assessing risks, needs, and strengths; identifying and understanding environmental stressors and coping mechanisms; and working with persons to resolve problems and prevent future crisis.
Weekday availability required.
SUMMARY
Provide comprehensive clinical support services including mentoring, counseling, parent education, life skills, and behavior management to children and families in level three therapeutic foster care.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Valid Driver's license with acceptable driving record and proof of auto insurance.
