Individual needed to assist in real estate development office. To identify potential buyers and users and assist in negotiations with potential land buyers. Plus assist on creating business, buyer, use, and layout strategies, and assist with contacting, presenting, negotiating and contracting with home builders, commercial, retail and industrial high-tech developers, buyers, and end users. Will be important to identify free-standing retail stores, restaurants, plus homebuilders, and industrial buyers and the executives responsible for their new stores, residential communities and developments. Candidate will need to be proficient in the following:
Strong Internet skills
Keyboarding/typing
Research skills
Assisting with layout strategies for large residential, commercial, retail, and industrial developments will be required. Developments are in Northern VA, mostly in Spotsylvania, Stafford, and Fauquier Counties. Especially important towill be able to identify free-standing retail stores, restaurants, grocers, and convenience stores and their business development and real estate acquisition teams.
Applicant needs a minimum of 1-2 years' experience in this field.
Salary based on experience.
