SKILLS RECOMMENDED:
- High School Diploma,
- ID Picture and Resume Required,
- Experience with Plumbing and electrical systems required,
- Excellent facility with common hand power Tools,
- Familiarity with Appartment unit Layout and infrastructures,
- Ability to communicate will with Property Managment and Maintenance staff,
- Willingness to uphold Company standards for safety, tenant service and efficiency.
HANDYMAN RESPONSABILITIES:
- Be on Time and Professional,
- Follow the instructions according to the contract validated by the customer,
- Follow the safety instructions for each operation if necessary,
- Be courteous with every customer,
- Notify the office Manager after each work
