LOCAL PAVING COMPANY HIRING PAVER & ROLLER OPERATORS
Paver and/or Roller Operator experience required. Seeking self-motivated individuals to join our crew and become a member of the team. Valid drivers license required.
Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in the paving industry
- Monitor machine for proper operation while observing surroundings and asphalt surface
- Be conscience of workers safety within the work area and vicinity of the machine
- Maintain equipment for optimal performance while on-site (oil, grease, clean, etc.)
- Communicate recognized problems with tools, equipment, work areas and product as they arise
- Assisting with shoveling/raking hot asphalt and traffic control as needed
- Ability to work as a member of a team
