Exciting opportunity to work at one of VA and Maryland's growing excelling mortgage/lending institutions as an Encompass Administrator. They are looking for someone that has a great grasp on Encompass or similar system and comfortable handling the user requests(helpdesk) functions supporting that systems as well as projects around enhancing it!

responsibilities:
? Provide helpdesk type support of Encompass to all users
? Create/Modify business rules
? Maintain user logins in Encompass and various vendors
? Maintain business contacts in Encompass
? Automate business processes
? Manage assigned projects
? Intermediate between Ellie Mae and users
? Utilize technology, including but not limited to; Encompass and Blend, to
? improve efficiency and the borrower experience.
? Continually evaluates processes to ensure maximum efficiency, high quality and
excellent customer service.
