• Basic knowledge of the
  LMS standard
  reports and
  Plateau Report Designer
• Understanding of
  SQL Queries (At least
  3 years of experience in
  developing SQL Queries or similar development language.)
• Develop and modify custom reports using
  SuccessFactors Plateau Report Designer (PRD) extension of the
  BIRT Report Designer
• At least
  1 year of experience using and customizing standard reports in
  PRD in
  SuccessFactors Learning.
• Ability to work independently.
• Results-driven to achieve objectives on time and within estimates mutually agreed upon.
• Effective written and oral communication skills that can be demonstrated through experience.

• Knowledge of SuccessFactors LMS capabilities and data dictionary to understand Administrators reports needs
• Develop a design approach for reports for efficiency and add incremental user value
• Basic knowledge of SuccessFactors Online Report Designer (ORD) to know when reports may be better suited to be delivered from the tool
• Develop reports using SuccessFactors Online Report Designer
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Word and Excel
• Beneficial to understand pivot table design and usage in Excel

• Works with IT business analysts and project managers to assess new reporting requirements for
  SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS).
• Assist the IT business analyst to engage with the business resource to understand, outline, and document the reporting requirements.
• Develop and or modify reports in
  SuccessFactors BIRT / Plateau Report Designer.
