DescriptionUser Experience (UX) Designers will find an opening with one of The Creative Group's clients. A candidate who can conceive and conduct user research, interviews and surveys, and translate them into sitemaps, wireframes and prototypes will be a good fit for this User Experience (UX) Designer position. You should also be able to design the overall functionality of the product and iterate upon it to ensure a great user experience. Helping out other team members as needed (QA, data entry, production updates, resizing of graphics, etc.)
Organizing usability testing on prototypes or finished products to assess the quality of a user experience
Creating compelling experiences for users of a product, using results from user research and workflow analysis
Areas of focus may consist of content, controls, visual design, packaging, customer/technical support, branding, and other aspects of user experience
Joining forces with business users and application developers to translate requirements into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
Building tools such as personas, usage scenarios, site maps, taxonomies, and wireframes
Teaming with other members of the digital marketing team on the creation of new initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, relevant experience
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Knowledge of prototype/mockup software (e.g. Sketch, Balsamiq, Zeplin)
Attention to detail and ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement
3+ years of experience within the digital design/UX industry
High skill level in design software applications and tools
Experience using graphic design, video editing, web development, and photography applications such as Adobe Creative Suite
A portfolio highlighting UX (wireframes/prototypes/other UX artifacts) and visual design work
Comprehensive knowledge of UX/UI Design
We are looking for someone with strong interpersonal skills for this position
Understanding of Web Accessibility and testing tools (e.g. Lighthouse, Google Accessibility Developer Tools)
