Billing Manager for busy construction company
For Virginia Construction Company located in Fairfield Virginia. Knowledge of cost accounting, billing process and procedures, and A/R management is a plus but not required.
Duties:
Data entry of daily activity
Accounts Receivable
Requirements:
Minimum 2 year experience or other commensurate experience
Accounting or business degree preferred (or in process)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (test will be given)
Compensation:
Depends on Experience
40 hours per week

Skill Requirements: typing speed 50+ words per minute (test will be given); ability to navigate programs and understanding of web browser; scanning and uploading; printing, copying. Training will be provided.
