Qualifications
Manage all staff
Set goals and accomplish meeting deadlines
Assign repairs into production
Oversee disassembly, complete supplements, write estimates as needed
Monitor parts
Call and update customers
Prepare invoices and customer paperwork
Follow all insurance and DRP guidelines
Quality control
Organize daily tasks to be completed
Conduct daily meetings with office staff and technicians to organize work to be completed
Computer knowledge
Problem solving
Customer service skills
Accept training on all methods and equipment available to repair today’s automobiles
Take specific courses to be certified to repair collision damage (I-Car certification, Air conditioning certification, manufacturer specific training, etc…)
