Blue Ridge Bucha is Hiring: Kombucha Brew Crew (Full Time AND Part Time)
Certified Organic kombucha brewery seeks a stellar individual to work in our brewery and taproom space on Waynesboros East Side. Part Time Team Members work 2-3 days per week. Full Time Team Members work 4-5 days per week.

Depending on the day of the week and the number of hours worked, Brew Crew Members may:
Work either full time or part time as part of a solid team (Please note that depending on operational needs, days off may be nonconsecutive and weekend work may be required.)
Assist in the kegging and bottling processes, make flavor infusions, clean and service equipment, and perform other brewing support and cleaning tasks as needed
Assist taproom visitors with proactive customer service while providing growler fills, kombucha tastings, and accurate information about our kombucha and the other products that we carry
Set orders, make deliveries and provide customer service to our accounts (Driving a box truck with limited visibility and heavy lifting of up to 60 lbs multiple times per shift are required.)
Assemble, install, and service draft equipment (some travel may be required)
Work independently to represent the company at tastings, events, and farmers markets
Take on greater degrees of responsibility according to experience and aptitude
Starting pay is $12/hr. For full time employees we offer PTO, medical and dental insurance, retirement benefits and more. Performance reviews are given after 60 days, and successful team members can quickly take on additional responsibilities and a corresponding pay increase. The right fit for our team is a bright, conscientious, efficient, and organized person who engages with life and enjoys being positively challenged on the job. He or she is a positive and professional person who possesses very strong problem solving skills, has demonstrated excellent mechanical aptitude skills, and has excellent written and oral communication abilities (including computer fluency). He or she also enjoys drinking our kombucha and is interested in our environmentally sustainable mission. A reliable vehicle, excellent employment references, and the ability to repeatedly lift heavy objects above head height are necessary. Customer service and production experience are a plus. BA/BS preferred.
