is an office based position initially and may be considered eligible for Work

at Home in the futurePreferred location: Virginia, California and ColoradoMust reside within 60 miles ofan Anthem officeHours: 40 hours a week , Monday-Friday between 8:00 am-6:00 pmResponsible

for performing telephonic case management within the scope of licensure for

members with behavioral health needs. Subject matter expert in targeted

clinical area of Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD).Primary

duties may include, but are not limited to:

Providestelephonic case management to families who have been touched by ASD.

Usesappropriate screening criteria, knowledge and clinical judgment to assessmember and family needs.

Conductsassessments to identify needs and develops care plan to address objectives andgoals as identified during assessment.

Monitorsand evaluates effectiveness of care plan and modifies plan as needed.

Supportsmember access to appropriate quality care.

Coordinateswith internal and external resources to meet the identified needs of membersand their families.

Facilitatescollaboration between treatment providers.

Participatesin clinical rounds and case presentations with Clinical Reviewers and clinicalteammates

Utilizesclinical skills and knowledge in applied behavioral treatment to ensure thebest outcome for our members and their families.

Requires MS or MA in socialwork, counseling or a related behavioral health field or a degree innursing

3- 4 years of clinicalexperience in social work, counseling with broad range of experience withcomplex psychiatric and substance abuse or substance abuse disordertreatment; or any combination of education and experience, which wouldprovide an equivalent background.

Current active unrestrictedlicense as an RN, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Clinical Psychologist to practice asa health professional within the scope of licensure for the state in whichthey reside.

Previous experience in casemanagement and telephonic coaching with members with a broad range ofcomplex psychiatric/substance abuse and/or medical disorders.

Managed care experiencepreferred.

Experience with Autism SpectrumDisorder is highly preferred.

Licensed Behavioral Analyst (as allowed by applicablestate laws) is preferred.
