NEWTOWN BAKING & KITCHEN SEEKS HEAD PIZZA COOK
The Head Pizzaiola/Pizzaiolo is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day pizzeria operations of Newtown Baking and Kitchen while ensuring the highest quality of food for our guests. This position is responsible for managing and supervising all pizza kitchen personnel, coordinating orders from various food purveyors and farmers, collaborating with our core team in planning/executing a casual, creative, locally-sourced, and seasonally-inspired menu.
