XENIA KEBAB GRILLE IS HIRING PART TIME POSITIONS FOR BOTH LOCATIONS located at Harrisonburg Crossing Shopping Center on Burgess Road & Harmony Square on Virginia Avenue.
We are seeking part-time young FEMALE servers.
I WILL HIRE YOU BASED ON YOUR EXPERIENCE, PERSONALITY, and APPEARANCE.
Other Qualifications:
Must be LOCAL.
Must provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Must have a positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with cooks and other staff.
Must perform high-quality work while unsupervised.
Must handle money accurately and operate a point-of-sale system.
Must perform kitchen duties, such as cleaning, washing dishes, mopping, sweeping, etc.
This is a family restaurant so you must be polite and present a well behaved manner at all times.
Must engage with customers with a positive attitude and a friendly manner.
A HUGE MUST YOU HAVE TO BE QUICK ON YOUR FEET & EXPECT TO RUNĀ DURING BUSY SHIFTS.
Servers can make up to $150+ a shift on busy days.
