Experienced Project Managers-
We are currently seeking experienced Project Managers to run construction based projects. MUST have, at a minimum, the ability to perform and manage with a solid understanding of the following :
-Advanced understanding of Virginia State Building Codes
- Advanced understanding of concrete footings, slabs and foundation walls
- Advanced understanding of interior and exterior framing
-Advanced understanding of window and door installation
-Advanced understanding of siding and roofing installation
-Advanced understanding of general building practices
-Solid understanding of electrical and plumbing rough in and trim out
Construction Technicians
-Have the drive to advance your construction knowledge
-Have the ability to follow direction
-Have a basic understanding of construction
