Key responsibilities and accountability
Provide excellent customer service answering product questions, processing product exchanges, returns and refunds.
Publish new products to different marketplace channels
Add/update copy on existing marketplace product lineups
Add photos/images to existing marketplace product lineups
Analyze slow moving products and create appropriate actions
Monitor inventory and pricing between marketplaces
work closely with our customer service team to ensure our feedback ratings are at the highest level possible.
Open support tickets with Marketplaces regarding customer or product issues.
Create, implement, manage, and report through multiple E-Commerce channels.
Keep up with the latest Marketplace strategies, offerings, and tools.
Other tasks will be assigned that will benefit the department.
Skills:
Amazon Seller/Vendor central and or eBay experience.
Must be proficient in Microsoft office programs: Word Excel, and Outlook.
Must have strong writing,analytical and communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and detail orientated.
Automotive knowledge is a plus.
